I've just finished my graduateprogram in internatonal affairs/ economic and political development. I work for a microfinance organization in DC and have lived and worked in South America, East Africa and the Middle East.  It's hard for me to accept a sedentary lifestyle, although I'm trying. I've got seriously itchy feet that always want to visit a new foreign place or return somewhere they loved. I'm always doing something or going somewhere but cherish the rare, quiet, slow moments I get. My work has focused primarily on microfinance and development finance in rural areas. I teach Pilates for fun and love learning more about the method. My dog is my best buddy and we go everywhere together so don't hate on dogs.
